本文介绍一种专用计算尺(P-Q尺)。用来选择电液伺服系统动力机构的最佳参数。利用该尺,可按下列四种最佳指标之一确定伺服阀空载流量Q和作动筒活塞面积A(或液马达的单位容积排量D)。 1.所需功率最小;2.A或D最小(系统快速性好);3.Q与A(或D)相对最小(准最佳);4.已有伺服阀,判别可用性及选取此条件下的A最小值。该计算法的特点是负载轨迹允许为任意几何形状。而过去的方法只适用于直线、正椭圆等特殊的负载轨迹。
This article describes a special slide rule (P-Q ruler). Used to select the best parameters of electro-hydraulic servo system power mechanism. Using the ruler, the servo valve idling flow Q and the actuator piston area A (or displacement motor displacement volume D) can be determined by one of the four best indicators listed below. 1. The minimum power required; 2. A or D minimum (good system fastness); 3. Q and A (or D) relatively minimum (quasi-optimal); 4. Has a servo valve, to determine availability and select this condition Under A minimum. The calculation method is characterized by the load path allows for any geometry. The past method is only applicable to special load trajectories such as straight lines and positive ellipses.
