从1984年9月起,FLUKE公司不再使用54个饱和标准电池组作为法定的电压标准。改用4个10V固态参考源组作为法定电压标准。这一措施既节约了维护标准的时间和经费,又减小了标准电压值的不确定度(Uncertainty)。对于实际上已经达到规定的不确定度,不再怀疑了。经NBS(美国标准局)确定,FLUKE公司保持的10V固态参考电压标准,与NBS保持的10V电压标准差值的不确定度为±0.08ppm。FLUKE公司的10V绝对值的不确定度为±0.40ppm。本文阐述了用固态参考源建立一级电压标准所用的硬件和统计学原理,并提出有关测试结果的报告。
From September 1984 FLUKE no longer uses 54 saturable standard battery packs as the legal voltage standard. Switch to 4 10V solid state reference sources as a legal voltage standard. This measure not only saves time and money on maintaining the standard but also reduces the uncertainty of the standard voltage value (Uncertainty). There is no doubt about the uncertainty that has actually been reached. As determined by the NBS (United States Bureau of Standards), the uncertainty associated with FLVKE’s 10V solid-state reference voltage standard and the NBS-held 10V voltage standard deviation is ± 0.08ppm. FLUKE’s 10V absolute value of the uncertainty of ± 0.40ppm. This article describes the hardware and statistical principles used to establish the first-level voltage standard with solid-state reference sources and presents a report on the test results.
