上海地铁1号线是1989年开工建设的,限于当时地铁设计施工的水平和上海地区复杂的地质情况,对列车运营可能造成的隧道沉降缺乏足够的估计,同时由于地铁安全保护区内建筑物施工活动频繁,致使刚性道床与隧道管片因非同步下沉而产生了地铁区间隧道不均匀沉降和变形,使道床和管片脱离,给行车安全造成了极大的隐患。从地铁1号线上、下行线区间隧道沉降的调查情况来看,问题比较严重,发现部分区间隧道累计变形量已大大超出设计要求(0.1%)的4~10倍。为能对症下药,首先对各区间隧道变形病害进行了统计分析(见表1),发现各区间隧道均存在不同程
