PGM_1 and EsD are two polymorphic isozymes commonly used in forensic personal identification and paternity testing. There have been many reports of paternity testing in embryos and postnatal individuals. This article reports 1 case of muscle tissue used to detect 22-day-old dead babies PGM_1 and EsD enzyme type.
