采用4个不同甘蓝型油菜核不育系类型进行田间试验。结果表明隐性上位互作核不育纯合不育系9012A和双隐性核不育系5A的亲和力最强,隐性上位互作核不育全不育系12 -148A次之,显性上位互作核不育系6A的亲和力最弱。不同日龄花粉对3个隐性核不育系结实的影响略有不同,但从花开至花落,不同日龄花粉对3个不育系授粉,均表现正常结实。甘蓝型油菜核不育株花开3~5d内,结实率能保持100%,之后随着柱头日龄的增长,结实率降低, 9d时已不再结实。
Four different genotypes of Brassica napus were used for field experiments. The results showed that recessive upper parity male sterile CMS line 9012A and double recessive CMS line 5A had the strongest affinity, the recessive upper parity male sterile CMS line 12 -148A was the second, dominant Host affinity nuclear sterile line 6A has the weakest affinity. The effects of pollens at different days on seed setting of three recessive genic male sterile lines were slightly different. However, pollens of three male sterile lines pollinated at different days of age from pollen to flower were normal and robust. Seedlings of Brassica napus L. sterile plants bloomed within 3 ~ 5 days, the seed setting rate could maintain 100%, then with the stigma age increasing, the seed setting rate decreased and no longer became strong on the 9th day.
