在课堂教学中,充分发挥学生的教学主体地位,培养学生相互帮助、交流合作和平等学习的良好师生关系,充分激发学生的潜能,借此实现真正的课堂高效率。通过平时的教学实践,我认为对初中数学教师来说,可通过“五力齐聚”提高教学质量,打造高效课堂。兴趣是推动学习的内动力,目标是深入思考的牵引力,魅力是凝聚力量的向心力,鼓励是激发挑战的创造力。严格是良好班风的自制力。
In class teaching, give full play to students’ teaching status, develop good teacher-student relationship, help students to help each other, exchange cooperation and equality of learning, and fully stimulate the potential of students so as to achieve true classroom efficiency. Through the usual teaching practice, I think for the junior high school mathematics teachers, we can improve the quality of teaching through “Five Strengths Together” to create an efficient classroom. Interest is the motivation to promote learning, the goal is to ponder on the traction, charm is the cohesion of the centripetal force, encouragement is to stimulate the challenge of creativity. Strict is a good class self-control force.
