对新型选铜捕收剂M ac-12进行了紫外-可见光谱分析、密度泛函计算和工业试验研究,结果表明,溶液中Cu2+和Cu+离子与M ac-12能发生化学作用而生成新物质,而M ac-12与Fe2+或Fe3+离子之间不存在化学作用;新药剂M ac-12的反应中心硫原子给电子的能力较弱,而接受反馈电子的能力很强,其对提供反馈电子能力较弱的硬酸黄铁矿的捕收能力弱,而对易提供反馈电子的软酸黄铜矿的捕收能力强;与传统黄药工艺(70 g/t)相比,M ac-12+少量丁黄药(25 g/t)工艺可降低铜硫浮选分离的石灰用量,提高铜精矿中铜品位0.93个百分点、铜回收率1.03个百分点,金品位1.29 g/t、金回收率7.16个百分点,钼品位0.029 3个百分点、钼回收率3.90个百分点。M ac-12捕收剂已工业应用于德兴铜矿,取得了好的经济效益。

M ac- 12 + small amount of Dingxie (25 g / t) process can reduce the amount of lime and flotation separation of copper and sulfur to improve the grade of copper concentrate 0.93 percentage points, copper recovery 1.03 percentage points, gold grade 1.29 g / t, gold The recovery rate was 7.16 percentage points, the molybdenum grade was 0.029 3 percentage points, and the molybdenum recovery rate was 3.90 percentage points.
