目的分析肿瘤实质和瘤周水肿区的血供特点,评价DSCMR灌注成像在鉴别良恶性脑膜瘤中的价值。方法对33例经病理证实的脑膜瘤患者(良性25例,恶性8例)行手术前DSCMR灌注成像扫描。测量肿瘤实质部分及瘤周水肿区最大rCBV值和相应部位rMTT数值,并将结果进行分组统计分析。结果良恶性脑膜瘤实质部分的最大rCBV值及相应部位rMTT数值之间无统计意义差异(t检验,Ρ>0.05)。恶性脑膜瘤瘤周水肿区的最大rCBV值和相应部位rMTT数值高于良性脑膜瘤,两者之间有统计意义差异(t检验,Ρ<0.05)。结论DSCMR灌注成像对良恶性脑膜瘤的鉴别有临床价值。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of blood supply in tumor parenchyma and peritumoral edema area and to evaluate the value of DSCMR perfusion imaging in differentiating benign and malignant meningiomas. Methods 33 cases of meningioma confirmed by pathology (25 cases of benign and malignant 8 cases) underwent preoperative DSCMR perfusion imaging. The maximum rCBV value and corresponding rMTT value were measured in the tumor parenchyma and peritumoral edema area, and the results were grouped and statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the maximum rCBV value of the parenchyma of benign and malignant meningioma and the rMTT value of the corresponding site (t test, P> 0.05). The maximum rCBV value and rMTT value of malignant meningioma in edema area were higher than that in benign meningioma (t test, P <0.05). Conclusion DSCMR perfusion imaging of benign and malignant meningiomas have clinical value.
