目前,基于串行接口的扩展解决方案包括:使用软件虚拟串口和硬件接口器件扩展两种方案。前者因为存在着较为严重的误码概率,可能增加系统的使用风险。后者虽增加了硬件开销,却可以有效降低系统的误码风险。最新的GM812X扩展方案在不明显增加硬件开销的前提下,可有效解决通信过程中的误码问题,降低系统的软件风险,提高系统的可靠性。通过典型应用实例,给出了一种基于串口扩展的硬件解决方案。

Although the latter increases the hardware overhead, it can effectively reduce the system’s bit error risk. Through a typical application example, a hardware solution based on serial port expansion is given.
