针对运输货物在路面随机激励下发生损伤的机理进行了研究,通过建立整车-包装-货物系统的Adams动力学仿真模型,分析了车速为10m/s时B级路面下货物的振动响应,结果表明货物在低频段损伤最大;而通过合理调整后悬架刚度和包装材料阻尼系数可以有效改善货物的振动响应,为车辆设计参数和货物包装参数的选择提供了理论参考依据。
Aiming at the damage mechanism of the transported goods under the random excitations of the road surface, the Adams dynamic simulation model of the whole vehicle - package - cargo system is established to analyze the vibration response of the goods under the B class road surface at a speed of 10m / s.
