在应试教育畸变的背景下,高中学生的过度学习导致疲劳是很普遍的现象。在高中物理课堂中,学习疲劳现象的出现导致学生的学习兴趣下降,降低了课堂教学效率,给物理教学带来很大困扰,甚至影响学生的身心健康。造成物理学习疲劳的成因复杂,从学习过程及其影响因素分析,主要包括学习负荷重、课堂氛围枯燥、学习难度偏大、教学形式单一、学习品质不良及外界环境压力过大等。缓解物理学习疲劳要立足学习过程,优化物理教学系统。
In the context of the distortion of exam-oriented education, fatigue caused by excessive learning among high school students is a common phenomenon. In high school physics classroom, the appearance of learning fatigue leads to the decrease of students ’interest in learning, reduces the efficiency of classroom teaching, greatly distresses the physics teaching and even affects the students’ physical and mental health. The causes of fatigue caused by physical learning are complex. From the analysis of the learning process and its influencing factors, it mainly includes: heavy learning load, boring classroom atmosphere, high learning difficulty, single teaching form, poor learning quality and excessive external environment pressure. To ease the fatigue of physical learning should be based on the learning process, optimize the physical teaching system.
