现阶段小学语文教学仍存在一些需改善的教学问题,在应试教育的背景下,学生通常处于被动的听课状态,师生之间缺乏沟通使很多问题不能及时解决,为达到素质教育的教学目标,教师应加强与学生的交流,以便了解学生的困难和想法,沟通过程中根据学生的学习需求制定教学计划,可以有效提高教学质量。本文将根据小学语文教学实践经验,通过分析当前小学师生沟通的现状而提出几点改善对策。
Under the background of exam-oriented education, students are usually in passive lectures. Lack of communication between teachers and students makes many problems can not be solved in time. To achieve the goal of quality-oriented education, Teachers should strengthen exchanges with students so as to understand the difficulties and ideas of students. In the process of communication, teaching plans can be formulated according to students’ learning needs, which can effectively improve teaching quality. Based on the practical experience of Chinese teaching in primary schools, this paper presents some countermeasures for improvement by analyzing the present situation of teacher-student communication in primary schools.
