采用真空浸渗法制备了MgLiAl/SiC复合材料,系统研究了不同基体合金成分的MgLiAl/SiC复合材料组织、性能及界面结构。研究结果表明,MgLiAl/SiC复合材料界面结合良好,没有界面反应物。复合强化可明显提高MgLiAl合金的抗拉强度和弹性模量。
MgLiAl / SiC composites were prepared by vacuum infiltration method. The microstructure, properties and interfacial structure of MgLiAl / SiC composites with different matrix alloys were studied systematically. The results show that the interface of MgLiAl / SiC composites is well bonded with no interfacial reactants. Compound strengthening can obviously improve the tensile strength and elastic modulus of MgLiAl alloy.
