Objective: To explore the correlation between college students’ physical and psychological indices. Methods: All the 40 college students who took part in the experiment came from Dalian University of Technology. After entering the laboratory, they first took 5 minutes’ rest. Then they conducted the POMS (mood of mood) test, and then tested the resting heart rate, blood pressure, saliva Cortisol and other physiological indicators of the test. Index after the end of the test using spss software on physiological indicators and mood indicators for correlation analysis. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between cortisol level and mood and fatigue index (two-tailed t-test, p <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between resting heart rate and anxiety and confusion index (two-tailed t test, p <0.05). Conclusion: The data shows that the interaction between psychological and physiological indicators promote and inhibit. Negative psychological and physiological interactions may impair human health. How to improve the state of mind is an important factor to be considered in psychosomatic regulation.
