回眸5年走过的历程,人们会看到维权路上的硕果。5年间,全区各级消协共受理消费者投诉49235件,办结率98.8%,为消费者挽回经济损失4306.74万元。调解加倍赔偿案件404件,加倍赔偿额54.5万余元。支持消费者起诉1209件,接待来访、接受咨询139万人(次)。在过去的5年间,全区“3·15”期间共发放宣传材料750万份,现场咨询210余万人(次)。维权这个词,已经从心底将人们唤醒。而作为执法部门,利剑在手,他们将为百姓创造一个什么样的消费环境,已经成为消费者最大的期盼。同时,消费者是如何维护自己的权益?他们又有些什么心愿呢?
