利用全尾砂制备高浓度的充填料浆是充填技术中的难点之一。真空陶瓷过滤机用于固液分离始于2 0世纪 80年代 ,目前正处于进一步的成熟和发展阶段 ,但用于分级细尾砂和溢流尾砂的过滤脱水干燥尚属首次。在似膏体充填新技术研究中 ,运用陶瓷过滤机对不同性质、不同粒级组成的分级细尾砂、溢流尾砂进行了过滤干燥脱水试验 ,取得了满意的效果。探索出一条经济、有效、快捷的过滤脱水新途径 ,解决了利用分级尾砂、细骨料或溢流尾砂制备似膏体充填料浆的技术难题
The use of whole tailings to prepare high concentration of filler slurry filling technology is one of the difficulties. Vacuum ceramic filter for solid-liquid separation began in the 1980s, is currently in the stage of further maturity and development, but for the graded fine tailings and overflow tailings filtration dehydration is the first time. In researches on the new technology of paste filling, ceramic filter was used to filtrate and dehydrate graded fine tailings and overflow tailings with different properties and different particle sizes, and satisfactory results were obtained. Explored a new economical, effective and quick way to filter and dehydrate, and solved the technical problems of preparing paste-like slurry using graded tailings, fine aggregate or overflow tailings
