民主型师幼互动,是尊重幼儿个体差异、满足幼儿身心发展的重要途径,也是每位幼教工作者需要去努力实践并倡导的教育形式。班级是师幼互动的载体,而好的班级管理来源于教师对班级每一位幼儿真诚的关爱,因此班级管理在民主、平等、互动的前提下,其出发点应以尊重和引导为主,且管理的有效与否直接影响着幼儿的健康成长。笔者通过对民主型师幼互动的现状、产生原因以及师幼互动对班级管理的作用分析,提出应对的策略建议,以期民主型师幼互动对班级管理产生积极的作用。
The interaction of democratic teacher-child interaction is an important way to respect the differences among young children and satisfy the physical and mental development of young children. It is also an educational form that every preschool worker needs to work hard to promote and advocate. Class is the carrier of teacher-child interaction, and good class management comes from the teacher’s sincere care for every young child in the class. Therefore, under the premise of democracy, equality and interaction, class management should be based on respect and guidance, and The effectiveness of management directly affects the healthy growth of young children. The author analyzes the status quo of the interaction between democratic teachers and children and their causes, as well as the role of teacher-pupil interaction in class management. The author puts forward the tactics to deal with them, with a view that the interaction of democratic teachers and children plays an active role in class management.
