Objective: To investigate the expression of metadherin(MTDH) in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and its role in regulating the Wnt signaling pathway.Methods: Using an EDTA anticoagulant tube, venous blood samples were collected from CLL patients, whose lymphocytic count exceeded 90％.Enriched peripheral blood mononuclear B cells (PBMC) were obtained from age-matched peripheral blood control.Cord blood, bone marrow, and tonsils were collected from healthy volunteers after signing informed consent.
