Objective: To explore the morbidity, clinical features,metastasis, treatment, and prognostic factors of leg-type primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PCLBCL).Methods: Four patients with leg-type PCLBCL were treatedat Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital from January1970 to September 2010.Their clinical records, including gender, age, site of cutaneous involvement (leg or non-leg),extent of cutaneous involvement, lactate dehydrogenase, β2-microglobulin, B symptoms, occurrence of relapse, involved lymph nodes and organs, treatment, and survival, were retrospectively reviewed.
