今年是全面深化改革的开局之年,进行混合所有制改革,是国有煤炭企业发展的必由之路。混合所有制改革关键在于完善现代企业制度,而人力资源管理是现代企业制度的重要内容。本文探究了国有煤炭企业进行混合所有制改革时,人力资源管理存在的问题,并提出相关措施,改善人力资源管理的方法和手段,推动混合所有制改革的进行。
This year marks the first year of comprehensively deepening the reform. Carrying out mixed ownership reform is the only way for the development of state-owned coal enterprises. The key to the reform of mixed ownership lies in improving the modern enterprise system, while human resources management is an important part of the modern enterprise system. This article explores the existing problems of human resource management when the state-owned coal enterprises carry out the reform of mixed ownership system and proposes relevant measures to improve the methods and means of human resource management and promote the reform of the mixed ownership system.
