In recent years, with the growing technology and market of traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese herbal medicine stored in wafer form has gradually been out of sight, instead, such as the size of sand particles or powder in the shape of a Chinese herbal medicine granules. With the quick pace of life, modern Chinese medicine granules is accepted widely by its quick to take and easy to carry. But it is more difficult to deploy a dose of prescription in a variety of particles. So the traditional way of Chinese medicine dispensing by handing and grasping cannot apply to the dispensing of modern TCM granules in prescriptions. Developing a high efficiency and good accuracy. Modern and scientific and normative equipment on the automatic of Chinese traditional medicine dispensing is requisite and great significant.The paper is aimed at designing a new-style Chinese traditional medicine dispensing equipment integrated automatic voice, intelligent deducting,real-time thermometry, barcode recognition and automatic weighing which is referring to need of modern Chinese traditional medicine dispensing and the characteristic of current dispensing equipment. It not only can solve the problem like inaccuracy,asymmetry,tardiness,serious waste,squalor,etc appear in Chinese traditional medicine dispensing, but also can improve the weakness like inefficiency, cross contamination,etc,and enhance the veracity and integrality to insure the quality of dispensing. The device complete all automatic function with the DSP TMS320F2812 and TMS320LF2407 A made by TI.This paper accomplishes the basic function like weigh,voice,barcode scanning,dedusting and thermometry with TMS320LF2407 A to reduce power consumption and insure the stability of this system.The main work involved in this paper is to cooperate with the main panel to complete the auxiliary functions, such as weighing,voice,scainning, dedusting, thermometry and the design of sealing machine over the dispensing. The main feature of this paper is the four-layer PCB and isolated power source, so it will increase the stability and convenience of extendtion.Relative to current dispensing equipment, it increases the function could replace people to monitor, the CAN bus is used in data communication to ensure the accuracy and transmission efficiency. The design of the sealing machine mainly embodied in the heating mode and the production of the cutting head. The cutting head is designed completely in accordance with the project of dispensing medication cup size and uses embedded coil to heating. The cutting speed and effect can reach the expected aim.
