和谐、良好的幼儿常规是我们老师一直向往和追求的目标,而《指南》中也提出:要建立良好的常规、避免不必要的管理行为,逐步引导幼儿学习自我管理的能力。因此针对《指南》中的精神和我园实际操作的需要,我们进行了各种形式的研讨活动。同时也总结出要想让和谐、良好的常规永远伴随着我们,首先得从小班开始,打好基础;其次是巧借儿歌,引导启发;再次是利用游戏,在玩中培养练习;此外还要做到有意识分配小任务,培养做事能力。在活动中采用具体形象,让幼儿亲身体验行为的方式,才能建立稳固的常规;同时还要帮助幼儿明确规则意识,强化训练;除此之外还要以鼓励为主,发挥榜样示范作用;最后要做到保教合作,坚持统一性和持久性。
