俗话说,病从口入。食品是当今社会广泛关注的一个话题,就中国而言,问题已经不小了。在中华民族几千年的历史中,有不少关于食品的评述。孙中山先生在《中国人应保留的中国饮食法》中,便对中国美食给予了高度的评价:“中国不独食品发明之多、烹饪方法之巧为各国所不及,而中国人之饮食习尚暗合于科学卫生,尤为各国可望而不可即也。”幸亏孙先生的这番话不是说在当今,不然,会引起多少争议呢?自“果子狸”事件发生以后,中国人“美食”背后的真相便逐渐被揭露出来。想一想,国人爱吃的那张嘴确实难管:吃完天上,吃地上;吃完地上,吃水里。总之,天上飞的,地上走的,水里游的,几乎要吃个精光,若不是某些“食物”繁殖力强,恐怕早就绝种了。
