Pancreatic cancer is still a serious and deadly disease. More than 99% of pancreatic cancer patients eventually died of this disease. Surgical removal is the only possible cure. The resection rate is very low at only 5% to 10%. The average survival time after tumor resection is only 17 to 20 months. Adjuvant treatment such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy has almost no effect. The results of the treatment are frustrating, but the authors believe that by accurately analyzing and discriminating patients, it is possible to improve the quality of life of surviving survivors of pancreatic cancer and to extend survival as much as possible. This article uses the latest information on pancreatic diagnosis, preoperative staging and treatment, and divides patients into: 1. Resectable; 2. Localized but unresectable; 3. Three groups of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas that have been transferred for discussion.
