本文从幼师职业认同感不高、幼师流动性大、幼师队伍建设不合理及幼师队伍整体素质不高出发看河南省农村民办幼儿园师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并从政府、幼儿园及幼儿园教师三方面提出相应的对策与建议。
This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of teaching staff in rural private kindergartens in Henan province from the perspective of the low professional identity of kindergarten teachers, the high mobility of kindergarten teachers, the unreasonable construction of kindergarten teachers and the low overall quality of kindergarten teachers. And kindergarten teachers put forward three countermeasures and suggestions.
