[目的/意义]在当前协同创新的发展背景下,如何实现对本机构教学科研的有力支撑,为用户提供其所需的知识型服务,将成为评价高校图书馆绩效的重要内容。[方法/过程]从信息服务和学术成果产出视角,将高校图书馆的服务过程分为前后相续的两个子系统,构建二阶段评价模型,分析2010-2013年我国22个重点高校图书馆两阶段的绩效变化。[结果/结论]我国高校图书馆的二阶段绩效水平整体偏低;为提高图书馆绩效评价结果的现实意义,以二阶段TFP绩效变化趋势将高校图书馆分为4个类型,从而为高校图书馆提供一种可视化的绩效识别模式,突出管理决策的信息参考价值。
[Purpose / Significance] Under the current background of collaborative innovation, how to realize the strong support for teaching and scientific research of this institution and provide users with the knowledge-based services they need will become an important part of evaluating the performance of university libraries. [Methods / Processes] From the perspective of information services and academic outcomes, the service process of the university library is divided into two subsystems, one after the other, and a two-stage evaluation model is constructed to analyze the current situation of the 22 key university libraries in China from 2010 to 2013 Two-stage performance changes. [Results and Conclusions] The performance of the second stage of university library in our country is generally low. In order to improve the practical significance of library performance evaluation results, the university library is divided into four types based on the trend of two stage TFP performance, Museum to provide a visual performance recognition model, highlighting the management information decision-making reference value.
