产品要打入市场,靠质优取胜。报纸能否赢得读者,靠好稿件、好版面,而不在大报或小报。企业报不要因小而自卑,应在“创优”上下功夫。这几年,我们报社开展了“创优”活动,取得较好效果。从1988年至今,有数十篇新闻作品在各项评比中获奖。1990年底北京市工业记协、北京市工人集报协会评比“企业报20佳”,本报名列榜首。在1991年3月全国首次企业报评比中本报又获得唯一的特等奖。总结近年的办报体会,我们感到,创优,首先要优化编采队伍。没有一支采访作风深入、工作精益求精、肯于吃苦、能打硬仗的编采队伍,办好报纸是不可能的。我们的作法是,凡调入报社的编辑记者,既
