为优化煤氧化自燃过程的计算,应用煤的自燃危险性判定方法以及煤的着火活化能理论,基于Windows操作系统,采用Visual C++的可视化界面设计,开发了煤氧化自燃活化能优化计算软件。优化软件采用热分析动力学中的Coats-Redfern积分法,并通过Excel内置公式函数和Origin的线性拟合算法,在煤样热重分析实验获得的煤氧化自燃热重曲线的基础上,快速准确的求解出煤样失水失重阶段、氧化增重阶段和燃烧失重三个阶段对应的活化能E、线性相关系数R和指前因子A。
In order to optimize the calculation process of spontaneous combustion of coal oxidation, a method to determine the spontaneous combustion danger of coal and the theory of ignition activation energy of coal are proposed. Based on the Windows operating system, a Visual C ++ visual interface design is developed to optimize the calculation software of spontaneous combustion activation energy. The optimization software uses the Coats-Redfern integral method in thermal analysis kinetics, and through the built-in formula function of Excel and the linear fitting algorithm of Origin, based on the coal oxidation pyrolysis thermogravimetric curve obtained from the coal sample thermogravimetry experiment, The activation energy E, the linear correlation coefficient R and the pre-exponential factor A corresponding to the three phases of water loss during heavy loading, oxidation and weight gain, and weight loss during combustion were calculated.
