进入21世纪以来,中国的汽车产量从2000年的207万辆飞跃到了2009年的1379万辆。因此,汽车产业的节材、节能、减排以及降低生产成本就变成了头等大事。恰恰在这些方面,粉末冶金汽车零件的开发与应用对于汽车产业具有无法替代的作用。据最新资料报告,美国生产的汽车中使用的粉末冶金零件已达300种750件。为促进粉末冶金产业发展,美国MPIF(金属粉末工业联合会)从1995年开始,每年举行一次粉末冶金设计竞赛,竞赛设大奖与优秀奖两个奖项。从1998~2009年参赛获奖的零件共计156个,其中粉末冶金汽车零件50个。在汽车零件中,发动机零件16个,变速器零件19个,其他零件15个。从这些获奖零件可以明显看出,粉末冶金零件正在向高密度、高强度、形状复杂、组合及成组零件的方向发展。为供相关业者参考,现将这50个获奖的粉末冶金汽车零件分为发动机零件、变速器零件和其他零件三部分陆续刊出。
Since entering the 21st century, China’s automobile output has jumped from 2.07 million in 2000 to 13.79 million in 2009. Therefore, the automotive industry, materials, energy saving, emission reduction and reduce production costs has become a top priority. Precisely in these areas, the development and application of powder metallurgy automobile parts have an irreplaceable role for the automobile industry. According to the latest data report, powder metallurgy parts used in the U.S.-made cars have reached 300 750 pieces. In order to promote the development of the powder metallurgy industry, MPIF (Metal Powder Industry Federation) of the United States has held two awards of powder metallurgy design competition, competition design award and excellence award each year since 1995. From 1998 to 2009, the winning entries totaled 156, of which 50 were powder metallurgy parts. Among the auto parts, there are 16 engine parts, 19 transmission parts and 15 other parts. It is clear from these award-winning parts that powder metallurgy parts are moving toward high density, high strength, complex shapes, combinations and groups of parts. For reference for related industries, now the 50 award-winning powder metallurgy car parts into engine parts, transmission parts and other parts of one after another three parts.
