人力资源管理作为企业管理的基本职能,是企业管理的一项关键性工作,做好人力资源管理工作,可调动企业职工生产能动性,促进企业快速、健康发展。煤炭企业的工作具有建设周期长、工程量和投资额大以及矿山地质条件复杂等特点,需要结合煤炭企业实际情况有效开发人力资源,并加强人力资源管理研究。基于此,本文主要对当前煤炭企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题进行了简要分析,提出了加强煤炭企业人力资源管理的有效的针对性措施,旨在最大限度地做好人力资源管理,提升人力资源管理水平,从而推进煤炭企业科学、健康、持续发展。
As a basic function of enterprise management, human resource management is a key task of enterprise management. Human resource management can be well managed, human resource management can mobilize the motivation of enterprise employees and promote the rapid and healthy development of enterprises. The work of coal enterprises has the characteristics of long construction period, large amount of engineering and investment, complicated geological conditions of mines, etc., and needs to effectively develop human resources according to the actual conditions of coal enterprises and strengthen human resources management research. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the main problems existing in the human resources management of coal enterprises at present and puts forward some effective and targeted measures to strengthen the human resources management in the coal enterprises. The aim is to maximize the human resources management and enhance the human resources Management level, so as to promote scientific, healthy and sustainable development of coal enterprises.
