一台JPM-1B型接触疲劳磨损试验机出现故障:PLC配用的文本显示器TD200显示CPU不正常,无法进行相关参数设置;计数显示不正常,有时计数过快,有时中途停止计数。通过分析检查测试,确认是用户在设置工作参数时误操作,改变了TD200原来正常参数配置,造成了锁定。经过重新校正后恢复正常。计数显示不正常是由于该机所使用的变频器产生高频干扰信号影响计数信号的正常采集。同时由于光电计数脉冲信号的变化幅度过小,使计数电路工作不稳定造成计数停止。经过电路改进并增加滤波电容后计数恢复正常。
