第一条 根据《机电产品进口管理暂行办法》,为了做好特定产品的进口管理工作,特制定本实施细则。 第二条 对国内已开发或引进生产技术,尚处于起步阶段,国家需要加速发展的机电产品,列入特定产品目录。 第三条 特定产品目录由国家经济贸易委员会会同对外贸易经济合作部等有关部门每年作定期调整并公布。 Article 1 According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Import of Mechanical and Electrical Products, in order to make the import management work of specific products, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of this Regulation are formulated.
