本文对火焰切割再进行刨边的由三块140mm×8mm板焊接成的工形柱,在轴心荷载和偏心荷载作用下的承载能力进行了试验和理论研究。测定了残余应力,进行了拉伸试件和短柱试验,并对不同长细比和不同偏心距的中、长柱进行了轴心受压和偏心受压试验。对轴心受压柱按切线模量理论和极限承载能力理论进行了分析,对偏心受压柱按极限承载能力理论进行了计算,并都与试验结果进行了比较。对建议的轴心受压柱曲线同时给出解析表达式,对建议的偏心受压柱的ε-(σ_cr/σ_y)-λ曲线则给出等效的相关公式。
In this paper, the I-shaped column welded by three 140mm×8mm plates for flame cutting and then beveling was experimentally and theoretically studied under axial load and eccentric load. The residual stress was measured. Tensile test specimens and short-pillar tests were conducted. The axial compression and eccentric compression tests were performed on medium and long columns with different slenderness ratios and eccentricity. The theory of the tangential modulus and ultimate load carrying capacity of axial compression columns are analyzed. The theory of ultimate bearing capacity of eccentric compression columns is calculated and compared with the experimental results. Analytical expressions are also given for the proposed axial compression column curve. The equivalent correlation formula is given for the ε-(σ_cr/σ_y)-λ curve of the proposed eccentric compression column.
