目的 研究化疗对卵巢癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响及其临床意义。方法 应用间接免疫荧光法、MTT比色法、ELISA检测围手术期卵巢患者外周血淋巴细胞 (PBL)T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤 (NK)活性及血清可溶性白介素 2受体 (rIL 2R)。结果 卵巢患者PBL中CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD4 + /CD8+ 均明显低于良性肿瘤组 ,而Tac+ 明显升高 ;化疗后患者CD3+ 、CD4 + 明显降低 ,而rIL 2R、NK活性无明显改变。结论 化疗可使卵巢癌患者细胞免疫功能明显受抑 ,且恢复困难 ,需选择适当免疫治疗以提升机体自身抗瘤活化
Objective To study the effect of chemotherapy on cellular immune function in patients with ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. Methods T lymphocyte subsets, natural killer (NK) activity and serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (rIL 2R) in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) were detected by indirect immunofluorescence, MTT assay and ELISA. Results The levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in PBL of patients with ovarian cancer were significantly lower than those of benign tumors and Tac +. The levels of CD3 + and CD4 + in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly decreased, while the activity of rIL2R and NK was unchanged. Conclusion Chemotherapy can significantly suppress cellular immune function in patients with ovarian cancer, and difficult to recover, need to select appropriate immunotherapy to enhance the body’s own anti-tumor activation
