目的观察性别和乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)基因型对冠心病患者脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的影响。方法共纳入772例冠心病患者,其中男性患者561例,女性患者211例,分别分析烟酒史、性别、ALDH2基因型对患者Lp(a)的影响。结果在男性患者中,至少近6个月内完全没有吸烟和饮酒史及近6个月内有吸烟和饮酒史的Lp(a)浓度分别为(24.82±17.80),(24.92±19.72)mg·dL~(-1),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性患者和女性患者的Lp(a)浓度分别为(25.47±19.02),(30.38±23.01)mg·dL~(-1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ALDH2野生型和突变型男性患者的Lp(a)浓度分别为(24.86±19.17),(27.12±18.54)mg·dL~(-1);ALDH2野生型和突变型女性患者的Lp(a)浓度分别为(29.06±24.62),(33.02±19.27)mg·dL~(-1),其组内和组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论女性患者合并ALDH2突变是冠心病患者Lp(a)水平增高的风险因素。
Objective To investigate the effects of genotypes and aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 (ALDH2) genotypes on lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)] in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 772 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled, including 561 males and 211 females. The effects of alcohol, alcohol and ALDH2 genotypes on Lp (a) were analyzed. Results There was no history of smoking and drinking in at least 6 months in men and Lp (a) concentrations of smoking and drinking in the past 6 months were (24.82 ± 17.80) and (24.92 ± 19.72) mg · dL ~ (-1), the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The Lp (a) concentrations of male and female patients were (25.47 ± 19.02) and (30.38 ± 23.01) mg · dL -1, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). The Lp (a) concentrations in ALDH2 wild-type and mutant male patients were (24.86 ± 19.17) and (27.12 ± 18.54) mg · dL -1 respectively. The Lp (a) concentrations in ALDH2 wild-type and mutant women (29.06 ± 24.62) and (33.02 ± 19.27) mg · dL -1, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (all P> 0.05). Conclusions ALDH2 mutation in female patients is a risk factor for elevated Lp (a) levels in patients with coronary heart disease.
