移动救生补给站作为一种新型避险设备越来越受到重视,作为救生舱的替代产品,补给站相关标准还未出台;参照救生舱计算标准,采用安标中心指定的软件模拟井下瓦斯煤尘爆炸;采用间接耦合的方法进行计算,提取爆炸在巷道中产生的流场压力荷载,将该压力荷载作为救生补给站动力分析的荷载条件,对救生补给站在瓦斯爆炸下站体各机构的动力响应进行分析研究;通过分析研究各部件的受力及位移情况,找到补给站在爆炸下的薄弱构件,并对其进行研究改进,同时对气密性进行验证分析。
