本文从分析拖拉机、汽车内燃机缸套、活塞环摩擦磨损机理入手,首先介绍了缸套、活塞环室内快速模拟磨损试验装置的选型、构造及其试验规范的制定。还介绍了在室内快速对比、考核不同缸套、活塞环的耐磨性及其使用寿命的方法。并以大量的试验数据分析论证了试验结果的重复性、可比性以及与实际使用试验的吻合性。可为缸套、活塞环的试验研究、生产、耐磨性及使用寿命的考核,快速而准确地提供试验数据。
This paper begins with the analysis of the friction and wear mechanism of tractor, cylinder liner and piston ring of automobile internal combustion engine. Firstly, the selection, construction and test specification of quick simulation wear test device for cylinder liner and piston ring are introduced. Also introduced in the rapid comparison of indoor, assessment of different cylinder liner, piston ring wear resistance and service life of the method. And a large number of test data analysis demonstrated the repeatability of the test results, comparability and with the actual use of the test agreement. For the cylinder liner, piston ring test research, production, wear resistance and service life assessment, quickly and accurately provide test data.
