为贯彻落实全总关于加强和创新社会管理、做好新形势下职工群众工作的部署,积极探索工会参与化解劳动关系矛盾纠纷的新途径,从2012年三月份始,河北省总工会在全省工会系统建立了职工信访代理制度。即在职工自愿的前提下,职工信访可交由省、市、县(市、区)、乡(街道)四级总工会和基层工会代理,引导职工依法、快捷、有序地反映诉求。活动开展以来,全省各级工会代理458件职工信访案件,成功解决326件,惠及职工8干多人,有力地促进了社会的和谐稳定。我们的做法如下:
In order to implement the general plan for strengthening and innovating social management and doing a good job in the work of the masses of workers and staff in the new situation and actively exploring new ways for trade unions to participate in and resolve disputes and conflicts in labor relations, from March 2012 onwards, the Hebei Federation of Trade Unions The trade union system has set up a staff and workers letter and visit agency system. That is, under the precondition of workers ’voluntariness, employees’ letters and visits can be handed over to the four general trade unions and the grassroots trade union representatives in the provinces, cities and counties (cities, districts) and townships (subdistricts) to guide their workers to reflect demands promptly and in an orderly manner. Since the launch of the campaign, 458 workers and staff members at all levels across the province have handled cases of letters and petitions, successfully solved 326 cases and benefited more than 8 employees, effectively promoting the social harmony and stability.
