近来,我市不少中学已经或正在准备组织教师脱产读书班,实行师资自培。这是为开创教育事业新局面而采取的培训教师的一项重要措施。但是,对这项工作也有许多不同的议论。“培训师资是教师进修院校的事,中学的任务是培养学生。”这种把师资培训与培养学生对立起来的观点,显然不符合我们当前的国情。须知,当前需要培训的教师数量很大,光靠教师进修院校是不可能在短期内完成这一艰巨任务的。因此,把教师进修院校系统培训与学校自培这两种形式结合起来,发挥两个积极性,是当前教育事业发展的 Recently, many middle schools in our city have already or are preparing to organize teachers to take off classes and implement teacher training.
