1980年,我们在徐州市首次将人工挖孔灌注桩应用于建筑工程的基础获得了成功,以后逐年推广,并率先采用机械成孔,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。其优点是造价低,灵活性大,和预制桩相比可节省造价20~30%,在施工现场可根据土质变化的具体情况,随时改变桩径大小和桩的长短。经过十多年的推广应用,我们积累了一些经验;现就其存在的问题和采取解决的措施介绍如下: 1 存在的问题
In 1980, for the first time in Xuzhou City, the foundation of artificial digging and perforating piles was applied to the construction project. The foundation was successfully achieved. Afterwards, it was promoted year by year, and it took the lead in adopting mechanical drilling to obtain good economic and social benefits.
