随着社会的不断进步,心理健康问题逐渐受到重视,与之相对应的学生心理教育工作也得到了推广和发展。高职学生作为我国高等职业教育中的主体,其心理健康不仅取决于个体发展,还与社会各界对其的看法紧密相关。为了提高高职学生学习以及适应社会的能力,教学工作者有必要加强学生心理健康的建设,同时进行适当的心理引导。本文将结合高职院校心理教学的情况,对提高学生在社会环境下的适应力进行分析,并提出相应的完善措施。
With the constant progress of society, the problem of mental health has been paid more attention. Correspondingly, the psychological education of students has also been promoted and developed. As the main body of higher vocational education in our country, the higher vocational students’ mental health depends not only on the individual development, but also on the view of the community. In order to improve the ability of vocational students to learn and to adapt to society, it is necessary for teachers to strengthen students’ mental health and at the same time conduct appropriate psychological guidance. This article will combine the situation of psychology teaching in higher vocational colleges, analyze the students’ adaptability in improving social environment, and put forward corresponding perfecting measures.
