一、农村实用技术培训的体系要搞好农村实用技术培训,必须完善其体系和网络。在体系上,要实行县、乡、村三级办学,三位一体、上下贯通,以适应农村在家庭经营上对技术的不同需要及农民参加培训学习的可能。这个体系网络联结形式一般应为市(县)农村实用技术培训中心→乡(镇)科技推广综合服务站→村农业技术员→屯科技示范户→户科技明白人。市(县)里在开展农村实用技术培训上,以市(县)农民中专为龙头,发挥培训中心的作用,以农机校、乡企校、农广校为两翼,发挥辐射作用。也就是说利用以上学校对乡村干部和专兼职民师进行职后培训的非学历教育和函授等形式的学历教育;对应届初、高中毕业的在乡知识青年进行职前教育和学历教育。分批组织讲师团到农民教育培训点,对乡镇农教专职干部和乡村专职民师进行定期巡回辅导,为乡村两级培养更合格的成人教育师资。乡(镇)、村要在完善实体校建设、解决培训经费、提高师资水平的基础上,结合实际
