人上皮细胞生长因子(human epihlial growth factor, hEGP)RIA已广泛应用于临床有关疾病的诊断。但对正常妊娠妇女血清EGF浓度,目前国内尚未见报道。为了解正常孕妇各期血清EGF浓度水平,探讨其价值,本文测定了182例正常妊娠孕妇和59名正常非妊娠妇女血清EGF浓度,现报道如下。 对象和方法 一、对象:收集我院妇产科1996年10月～1997年6月门诊和住院的早中晚期正常孕妇182例为观测对象,年龄21～38岁。同时收集59名年龄为。20～35岁的正常非孕妇作对照,均为抽肘静脉血2～3ml,离心取血清-20℃贮存待测,分二批测定。 二、方法:EGF RIA kit由中国同位素公司北方免疫试剂研究所提供,测定按操作规程及质控进行。 结果 正常妊娠妇女血清EGF测定数据统计结果见表1。
Human epihlial growth factor (hEGP) RIA has been widely used in the diagnosis of clinically relevant diseases. However, serum EGF levels in normal pregnant women have not been reported in China at present. In order to understand the normal serum levels of EGF levels in pregnant women, and explore its value, the determination of 182 normal pregnant women and 59 normal non-pregnant women serum EGF concentrations are reported below. Subjects and methods A, object: collection of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from October 1996 to June 1997 outpatient and inpatient early and late normal pregnant women, 182 cases were observed, aged 21 to 38 years. At the same time collect 59 age. 20 to 35-year-old normal non-pregnant women as control, are pumping elbow vein blood 2 ~ 3ml, centrifuged serum -20 ℃ stored for testing, divided into two batches determined. Second, the method: EGF RIA kit by China Isotopes North Institute of Immunology reagents provided by the determination of the operation and quality control. Results The results of serum EGF measurement in normal pregnant women are shown in Table 1.
