针对国内外对冻融腐蚀作用下沥青混合料耐久性能鲜有研究的现状,采用真空饱水冻融劈裂试验,以冻融腐蚀因子评价经不同浓度(2.5%、5%和10%)Na2SO4溶液加速劣化后的沥青混合料性能变化规律;运用灰熵法分析了影响冻融腐蚀作用下沥青混合料耐久性影响因素——冻融次数、Na2SO4溶液浓度、集料级配、沥青用量和空隙率的显著性。研究结果表明:硫酸盐腐蚀加剧了冻融循环对沥青混合料的破坏作用;集料级配、沥青用量和空隙率对沥青混合料耐久性有较显著影响,可为盐类富集地区沥青混合料的设计和施工提供有益参考。
