头痛型癫痫比较少见,亦是儿童头痛不能忽视的病因之一。因头痛型癫痫不伴其他各种囊痫类型的发作,故易被忽视而延误诊断、治疗。现将我们1968年9月至1984年1月收集的80例头痛型癫痫的临床资料、脑电图结果分析报道如下。 一、一般资料 80例中,男39例,女41例。学龄前儿童7例,7～12岁49例,12岁以上24例。最小年龄5岁,最大28岁。病程2周～16年。过去史中有头部外伤史 Headache-type epilepsy is relatively rare, but also one of the causes of headache can not be ignored.
