目的探讨康复新液对小鼠压疮创面促进愈合的作用及机制。方法根据缺血-再灌注损伤机制,通过体外磁片加压法制备小鼠早期压疮模型,观察康复新液对小鼠压疮愈合的影响和组织病理学改变,通过免疫组织化学法从碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)的蛋白表达方面研究康复新液的作用机理。结果康复新液对小鼠压疮具有一定的促愈作用,可促进肉芽组织生长、血管新生、坏死组织、炎性物质的清除,较高剂量的康复新液可上调bFGF、TGF-β、EGF的蛋白表达,较低剂量的康复新液亦可促进bFGF的蛋白表达。结论康复新液对模型小鼠早期压疮创面促愈和修复的作用机制可能与促进bFGF蛋白的表达相关,对TGF-β及EGF蛋白表达的上调可能也发挥了协同作用。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Kangfuxin solution on pressure ulcer wound healing in mice. Methods According to the mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion injury, the model of early pressure ulcer in mice was prepared by the method of magnetic disk compression in vitro. The effect of Kangfuxin solution on pressure ulcer healing and histopathological changes in mice were observed. Immunohistochemistry (BFGF), transforming growth factor (TGF-β) and epidermal cell growth factor (EGF) Results Kangfuxin solution could promote pressure ulcer in mice and promote granulation tissue growth, angiogenesis, necrosis and inflammatory substances clearance. Higher doses of Kangfuxin solution could up-regulate bFGF, TGF-β, EGF Of the protein expression, lower doses of rehabilitation of new liquid can also promote bFGF protein expression. Conclusion Kangfuxin solution may promote wound healing and repair of early pressure ulcer wounds in model mice, which may be related to the promotion of bFGF protein expression, and may also play a synergistic effect on the up-regulation of TGF-β and EGF protein expression.
