当前,国际国内石油行业面临日益严峻的市场环境,全球油企能否在激烈的竞争中略胜一筹取决于是否拥有高、精、尖的人力资源。Z采油厂是国内某大油田一个发展了30年的老厂,在人力资源管理方面存在诸多问题,严重制约了该厂可持续发展。究其原因是管理者管理理念陈旧、缺乏人力资源规划和人员优化配置意识。管理者转变观念,创新管理方法、做好人力资源规划和人员优化配置等是企业走可持续发展之路的必然选择。
At present, the international and domestic oil industry is facing an increasingly severe market environment. Whether the global oil companies can win the slightest competition in the fierce competition depends on whether they have high, refined, and sharp human resources. The Z Oil Production Plant is an old factory that has developed for 30 years in a large oil field in China. There are many problems in human resources management that seriously restrict the sustainable development of the plant. The reason for this is the outdated managerial philosophy, the lack of human resources planning, and the staff’s awareness of optimal deployment. Changing the concept of managers, innovating management methods, doing a good job of human resource planning and optimizing personnel allocation are the inevitable choices for companies to take the road of sustainable development.
