当前浙江省旅游教育资源的分布及其现状主要有三个方面问题:其一,旅游教育资源的总体构成难以适应浙江省旅游业快速发展的需要;其二,旅游教育资源分布的区域不平衡;其三,旅游人才供给与需求之间存在结构性矛盾。在政府投入有限的情况下,这些问题只有通过旅游教育资源的整合才能予以解决。旅游教育资源的整合主要包括三方面:整合的目标在于旅游教育结构的调整;推动力量在于通过运作机制的转换实现办学主体和投资的多元化;整合的方式主要有合并和合作办学等。
At present, the distribution of tourism education resources in Zhejiang Province and its status quo are mainly three aspects: First, the overall composition of tourism education resources is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of tourism in Zhejiang Province needs; Second, regional distribution of tourism education resources imbalance; Third, there is a structural contradiction between tourism talent supply and demand. In the case of limited government investment, these problems can only be solved through the integration of tourism education resources. The integration of tourism education resources includes three aspects: the goal of integration lies in the adjustment of tourism education structure; the driving force lies in the diversification of the main body and investment of running schools through the transformation of operational mechanism; the main modes of integration include merger and cooperation in running schools.
