目的研究血甘油三酯对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者PAI-1及APN水平的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2014年6月来我院进行诊治符合NAFLD诊断标准,经超声检查确诊为NAFLD患者38例,按血甘油三酯水平分为观察A组和观察B组,并选取同期到我院进行体检的健康人群22例作为正常对照组,比较三组患者的一般情况以及血糖、尿酸、PAI-1、APN水平。结果与正常对照组相比:观察A组患者TG、PAI-1、APN水平无显著性变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察B组患者TG、PAI-1水平显著升高,APN水平显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察B组患者TG、PAI-1、APN水平与观察A组相比无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论 NAFLD患者PAI-1和APN水平受血甘油三酯的影响,具体表现为PAI-1升高和APN降低,临床诊治中观察NAFLD患者PAI-1和APN水平的变化,可以为防治NAFLD相关的心血管疾病提供参考。
Objective To investigate the effects of blood triglycerides on PAI-1 and APN levels in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods From January 2012 to June 2014, our hospital came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment according to NAFLD diagnostic criteria. Thirty-eight patients with NAFLD confirmed by ultrasonography were divided into observation group A and observation group B according to the level of blood triglyceride. To our hospital for examination of 22 healthy subjects as a normal control group, the general situation of three groups were compared as well as blood glucose, uric acid, PAI-1, APN levels. Results Compared with the normal control group, there was no significant difference in the levels of TG, PAI-1 and APN between the two groups (P> 0.05). The levels of TG and PAI-1 in group B were significantly increased, (P <0.05). The levels of TG, PAI-1 and APN in group B were not significantly different from those in group A (P> 0.05). Conclusions The levels of PAI-1 and APN in patients with NAFLD are influenced by triglyceride, specifically the increase of PAI-1 and the decrease of APN. To observe the changes of PAI-1 and APN levels in patients with NAFLD may be helpful for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD Cardiovascular disease for reference.
