目的:对毛头牛蒡不同部位中牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元进行含量测定。方法:采用反相液相色谱法,Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(55∶45),检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:毛头牛蒡根中含有少量牛蒡苷,不含牛蒡苷元;茎、叶柄中几乎不含牛蒡苷及牛蒡苷元;叶、花序中不含牛蒡苷而含有少量的牛蒡苷元;而其种子中二者含量相对较高。结论:该方法简便、准确,可同时测定毛头牛蒡中牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元的含量,为更好的开发利用毛头牛蒡提供科学依据。
Objective: To determine the contents of arctiin and arctigenin in different parts of Burdock burdock. Methods: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: Burdock burdock root contains a small amount of arctiin, does not contain arctigenin; stems and petioles contain little arctiin and arctigenin; leaves, inflorescences contain no arctiin and contain a small amount of arctigenin; and its The content of the two seeds is relatively high. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and the content of arctiin and arctigenin in Burdock burdock can be determined at the same time, which provides a scientific basis for the better development and utilization of Burdock burdock.
